The Transitional Employment Program is geared toward the correctional population. We provide assessment, job search skills training, job development, and placement services. Once placed, Urban League staff provides follow-up services to improve job retention. To compliment this population, the Freshstart Program works with recently released inmates to encourage life style changes.
