Park Street Units
The Urban League of Champaign County Development Corporation (ULCCDC) has started renovations at 302 E. Park, Champaign, IL.  The ULCCDC purchased 302 & 306 E. Park Street, in Champaign, IL two years ago with grant funds from the cities of Champaign and Urbana.  In December 2005, the ULCCDC received a low interest rate loan from the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) to completely renovate the property.  Renovations will include constructing two units that will be handicapped assessable, new heating and water heating systems, new windows, doors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, cabinets and flooring.   Construction is expected to be completed in late July 2006.
