The Lease Purchase Program is designed to assist residents who need to repair their credit or save for a down payment to purchase a home. The Urban League of Champaign County will purchase the home and lease to a resident for a period of two to three years, and subsequently the home can be purchased from the Urban League of Champaign County. Additional grant money may be available.
